At Shaivam Shakti Yog, we are committed to providing a smooth and valuable learning experience through our yoga programs, workshops, live classes, and online courses. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, cancellations, and course transfers may be considered.
Course Enrollment & Participation
By purchasing any program, workshop, live training session, or online course offered by Shaivam Shakti Yog, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course details and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may be provided if a scheduled course, workshop, or live class is cancelled, discontinued, or not conducted due to reasons attributable to the trainer or Shaivam Shakti Yog. In such cases, participants will be notified and the refund process will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe.
- If classes do not take place from the trainer's side, participants may be eligible for a refund.
- If a program is permanently cancelled by us, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program.
- If technical or operational issues from our side prevent the delivery of the course, suitable compensation or refund options may be provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided when classes, sessions, or programs are being conducted regularly and successfully, but the participant chooses not to attend, complete, or continue the course for personal reasons.
- Failure to attend scheduled classes.
- Lack of participation after enrollment.
- Personal schedule conflicts.
- Change of mind after course access has been granted.
- Failure to complete the program despite classes being delivered as promised.
Special Consideration Requests
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If a participant is unable to continue the course due to a genuine and verifiable reason, they may submit a written request along with supporting documents or proof for review.
Upon review and approval, Shaivam Shakti Yog may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following alternatives instead of a monetary refund:
- Transfer of the remaining value to another course or program.
- Credit towards a future workshop or training session.
- Rescheduling participation to a future batch of the same course.
Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and will depend on the validity of the reason and supporting documentation provided.
Live Session Recordings
For eligible programs that include live sessions, recordings may be provided to enrolled participants for learning and revision purposes.
- Live session recordings will remain accessible for up to 7 days from the date they are shared.
- After the 7-day access period expires, recordings may be removed without prior notice.
- Participants are encouraged to watch the recordings within the available access period.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels before the commencement of the course whenever possible. Once a course has started and access has been provided, cancellation requests may not qualify for a refund unless covered under the special consideration policy described above.
Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, and financial institutions.
Policy Changes
Shaivam Shakti Yog reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
